The branches that i choose to describe here is located at Batu Caves, it have several other branches all around Malaysia, especially Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. The uniqueness of this products is the coffee packaging design which looks like a blood bags used at the Hospitals. As you can see at the picture below the shape and design of the packaging different than other coffee shop, most of the coffee packaging on the market are plastic bags, bottles or cans. The most special about this shop is, it provide a delivery service to its customers. The main attraction of this business is as I mention above firstly, the design of the coffee packaging, secondly it provide a delivery service which customers can call or whatsapp their main handphone number, 0136075625 to make an order which minimum order is 3 bags/bottle of coffee, with low price of delivery charge.
Anis Coffee shop, have offering to online customers their delivery service which make different and stand out from its competitors. It makes easier for customers to get the coffee especially customers that working round the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area. During their lunch, they don't have to go out and faced traffic jem just to get a cup of coffee.

For my opinion, social network is suitable as a platform for online business is because coffee shop business is not an easy business, to increase profit, the shop must have some uniqe attraction that they can attract customers to buy at your shop. As we can see the uniqe design of Anis Coffee packaging and delivery service provided by them attract customers to buy coffee at their shop rather tha other coffee shop. Moreover, nowadays people prefer to get information from social network as they busy handling their daily life, especially the one who working.

When I open the instagram and facebook of Anis Coffee, I found that they have provided a full information about their product especially the variety types of flavour, the time of delivery, price each of the products, location of their shop and branches, and also at what area they will do the delivery.
